Hi, I’m Aloyna Taylor, and I’m so proud to lead ATRewired Solutions as its Director. For me, this isn’t just a role—it’s a mission. Helping individuals with disabilities live fulfilling, empowered lives drives everything I do. With years of experience in leadership, advocacy, and support services, I bring both a professional and personal passion for making a difference to our clients, their families, and the wider community.

As the Director of ATRewired Solutions, I oversee every aspect of our operations, from strategic planning to client support. My focus is always on ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while creating a positive and inclusive environment for all. Beyond the day-to-day, I work closely with families and stakeholders to build meaningful relationships and continuously enhance our offerings to meet the evolving needs of the community.

I’ve been fortunate to gain diverse experience through roles that include support work, voluntary advocacy, and leadership in women’s networking organizations. Whether it’s helping individuals develop life skills, mentoring women in business, or championing the rights of children with disabilities, I’m committed to empowering others to overcome challenges and thrive.

Education and learning have always been central to my journey. From my early qualifications in Office and Business Administration to becoming a Neuro Change Practitioner and completing training as a Support Coordinator, I’ve consistently sought to expand my skills and knowledge to better serve the people I work with.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in community, connection, and the power of people. I’m here to make a real impact and to ensure that ATRewired Solutions is a trusted partner in your journey.
